Phase One · Week 1-2

I spend the first two weeks inside your dealership. Reviewing how leads come in, where they go, who responds, who drops the ball. Talking to your team. Watching how Saturdays actually unfold. The diagnosis matters more than the prescription.

By the end of phase one, we both know the three highest-leverage problems to solve. Not what I assume. What's actually true for your business.

Phase Two · Week 3-8

Build the systems
that close the gaps.

I do the building. You don't have to learn AI tools, write workflows, or wrestle with integrations. We agree on what we're building, then I build it, ship it, and we test it together.

Most engagements start with lead capture and response because that's where the leakage is most expensive. From there we layer in pipeline, then training, then lifetime value programs. One layer at a time.

Phase Three · Week 9-12

Train the team
so the team uses it.

The fanciest system in the world fails if your sales reps don't use it. Phase three is rollout and training: real-world workshops with your team, role-plays with the new tools, scripts for common scenarios.

I'm in the trenches with your team during this phase. Watching how they actually use what we built. Making adjustments. Building confidence. By the end of week 12, the new way is just the way things work.

Phase Four · Ongoing

Iterate, refine,
and stay in the corner.

This is the part most consultants skip. They ship and disappear. I stay. Monthly check-ins to review what's working, what isn't, and what to build next. The systems get smarter over time because we keep tuning them.

This is also where new opportunities surface. As your dealership grows, what you need from the system changes. We adapt. The relationship is long-term because the work is long-term.
